If you're an adult navigating anxiety, depression or trauma, I help you to connect with your strengths, focus on what really matters to you, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more fulfilling. Whether we're meeting in person or online, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself, cultivate self-compassion, and move forward at your own pace. I consider it a privilege to do this work and to support people as they create the life they want.

Therapy is about change, but it is not about changing who we are. The person we are meant to be has been here all along. Sometimes we need help to reconnect. I work with my clients to explore patterns of behavior and thought that can keep us in small and narrow places, and to reconnect to our wiser, balanced and more joyful self.
