PARKING
Bicycle Racks
Bicycle racks are located in front of the entrance to the building, as well as in underground parking.
Underground Parking
Is available at the Roots on Whyte building 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Pay via The Pay-By-Phone app/Website
Electric Vehicle Charging Spot available (#221 ). Parking in EV spot only while charging. Vehicle must be moved when time elapses.
Fees for parking are as follows:
$3 for the first 90 minutes.
$2 for EACH additional hour.
Max $12 for all day parking from 8am-9pm
$0.35 will be added as a Tax and Service fee.\
$3 reimbursement when you spend $25+ at Blush Lane.
NOTE:
No Re-Entry to the building after 9:00 p.m.
If you are inside the building, you can access the parkade to exit as late as 10:59 p.m.
No need to leave stubb in windshield. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
There is street parking in the area.
Setting up Pay by Parking app:
Download the Pay-By-Parking app on your phone using the the app store or google play store.
Make an account using your Email address and phone number. Create a password that is easy for you to remember
Register your Vehicle license plate and a Payment Method.
Using the Pay by Parking app:
Open the app and sign in to your account
Input the location “95950”
Input the length of your stay.
Select Vehicle License plate and Payment method. These will be saved to your account, no need to input these details each time.
Check payment amount is correct.
Finished. Enjoy all the Services of Roots On Whyte.
