The conference room is 1,640 sq.ft. and can accommodate up to 100 people MAXIMUM. It has a seating area of 40' x 39'
80 padded stacking chairs, 10 extra chairs, 8 round banquet tables, two 8' x 24" long banquet tables
Under the High Wheel, is the exclusive caterer to the conference room. No other food/beverages are allowed in the room. Please click their link above for details
Kitchen with cooktop, microwave and fridge for cooking events
Ceiling mounted screen, EPSON projector for power point & ,iPhone blue tooth compatible surround sound audio system, Lapel mic and Mic stand and TRAYNOR speaker, PA system with surround sound

Roots on Whyte Community Support for your Event
Success of your event depends on your own marketing Initiatives such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram , your website, posters throughout the city, your personal phone invitations to friends, co-workers, other business owners, face to face casual promo campaigns at other events & within your own network.
The following marketing support is included free of charge with your room rental:
Roots Monthly Newsletter (submission deadline is before the 15th of the preceding month) - Provide JPEG image or your poster)
Social Media- provide link to your Instagram or eventbrite link so we may share and promote on Instagram
POSTERS TIPS: PLEASE include: Who: the presenter is, WHAT: Event Title WHEN:Date/s & Time/s , WHERE: Roots on Whyte Conference Rm #305 WHY: Promo Paragraph (under 50 words explain why someone should attend) COST: to attend, CONTACT: email/ph to register and for more info.
Posters- You can drop off 5 Printed posters, preferably 8.5 x 11 (preferably colour) we can post throughout the building. Lobby Traffic averages 25,000 people per month.
