Cooking Class

 

Hourly Rentals

Weekdays - $40.00 per hour or portion thereof. $30 per hour for registered non-profits. Available 8 AM to 5 PM.

Weekday Evenings - $40.00 per hour or portion thereof between 5 PM and 10 PM. Minimum 2 hours.

Saturday and Sundays - $40.00 per hour or portion thereof. Minimum of 3 hours during Daytime hours (8AM-5 PM) or Minimum 2 hours in Evening from 5PM to 10 PM

Weekly Classes - $40.00 per hour or portion thereof.

 

Weekly Rentals

Full Week Daytime, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM - $725.00 (NPO Rate $625.00)

Full Week plus Weekend, Monday through Sunday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM - $1150.00 (NPO Rate $980)

Full Weekend Daytime between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM - $450.00 (NPO Rate - $375.00)

Extended Weekend - Option A - Full weekend plus one evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (5:30-9:30 PM). - $510.00 (NPO Rate $400.00)

Extended Weekend - Option B - Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM TO 9:30 PM, plus Friday or Monday (3 FULL DAYS) $600

Daily Rentals

Monday through Friday - Full Day Rental from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM - $175.00 per day (NPO Rate - $150.00)

Saturday or Sunday - Full Day Rental from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM - $250 per day or $450 for both days. (NPO Rate $200/Day, $375/weekend)

Additional Services

$25 FLAT RATE for use of sound/AV equipment/screen

CATERING - Food and Beverage Catering is EXCLUSIVE from Under The High Wheel, located on the main floor of the Roots on Whyte Building. Contact them at underthehighwheel@gmail.com for all your catering needs. (No outside catering or food/beverage is allowed.)


Terms and Conditions

  • Upon booking we require a deposit of $100 or full payment (whichever is less) to secure your rental date. Payment will be applied to total rent

  • Full Payment is due TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your rental

  • We accept; credit card, cheques made payable to: ROOTS ON WHYTE, or cash

  • Cancellation Policy - More than 5 weeks in advance, we will refund your deposit less $100.00 for administration fees. Less than 5 weeks in advance, you lose your deposit

  • Activities conducted on the premises must conform to accepted community standards and to federal, provincial and municipal bylaws

  • You are responsible for any damages incurred as a result of your event and will be charged accordingly

  • Any food, beverages, including alcohol ,must be arranged & purchased through the exclusive caterers for the room UNDER THE HIGH WHEEL and Catering. EMAIL:  underthehighwheel@gmail.com or CALL780-439-4442
