Jesse is a registered provisional psychologist who focuses on supporting clients through challenges relating to trauma, grief, loss, and attachment wounds, and helping to understand how each can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. He practices from a culturally sensitive and relational perspective, creating a safe and steady space where your experiences are met with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity. His work is grounded in understanding how past patterns and protective strategies develop and supporting you to begin shifting what no longer serves you. Together, therapy will move at a pace that feels manageable for your nervous system, with the aim of fostering healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection.
